Random Drug Screen

With our random drug screen program we have quarterly selection-timing of test during each quarter to prevent anticipation by drivers. Drivers are entered into computer by social security numbers, and random selection software randomly selects a percentage of the pool mandated by F.H.W. A./D.O.T. Company contacts and self operators are sent written notification of which drivers have been selected and for drug, alcohol, or drug and alcohol testing. Drivers are in a separate data bank for drug test and alcohol test.
So, it is possible for a driver to be selected, but not tested at all. If not selected, you are still
in compliance because you were available for selection.
